The registry and its OpenAPI specification are open source, and the design goal is explicit: a primary source of truth that downstream consumers build on, with public sub-registries (client marketplaces) and private enterprise sub-registries ingesting from one upstream.
Moderation is community-driven: entries violating the project's guidelines, such as spam, malicious code, or impersonation of legitimate services, can be flagged and denylisted by registry maintainers.
